Saint Celiac's Gluten-Free Tripel
Belgian Tripel. We've got a mad scientist mindset when it comes to brewing, and this beer is exemplary of that. Made with sorghum rather than barley or wheat, the beer is gluten-free. It's also our strongest beer yet, providing a smack-in-the face of granny smith sour apples, hard cider, Belgian funk, and detectable alcohol with a great dryness from the Belgian yeast. A great warmer. Tripel is an ages-old Belgian style, but this sure ain't how the monks make it.
