Like biting into a fresh apple and getting a nice buzz. Clean and refreshing, and full of fun.

*ON NITRO* A light-ish stout with luxurious manila head and ruby-black color. Acidity and toastiness from the addition of Love Buzz coffee from Lemonjello's. Medium body with a subtle creaminess, dry finish and roasty linger.

Belgian Dubbel.   A complex ale- aromas of golden raisins and sugarcane, flavors of candi sugar, molasses, dates, figs, and light yeasty funk. Warming alcohol prescence and a velvety mouthfeel. Brewed with pilonsillo (also known as panela), an unrefined sugar used in Latin America, produced by the boiling and evaporation of sugarcane juices.

Farmhouse Blonde.  A cute little blonde ale. Fruity and slightly funky in both aroma and flavor, with a crisp dry finish. Golden apple, estery banana, hay, and barnyard.

English Brown Porter.  A robust, refreshing, and balanced porter. Nutty and slightly sweet, delivers light chocolate and roast. Hopped conservatively, in the English tradition. Don't let the dark color fool you- this one goes down easy.

Belgian Pale.  It's the close cousin of the American Exchange Student- same hops, same grains, same everything- except for that ingredient most magical, the yeast. The American is clean, hoppy, and refreshing. The Belgian is the same, but has the banana and clove flavors associated with Belgian yeast strains. The two are fun to try side-by-side.

English Pale Wheat w/ fenugreek.   Pancakes in a glass...This English-style pale ale is hopped with the classic East Kent Goldings variety, lending a clean yet formidable bitterness far-flung from what most hoppy American versions offer. Brewed with raw palm sugar and fenugreek (a seed used to create artificial maple syrup flavoring), this one is rich with notes of maple, butter, pear, and spice.

ESB is a classic English amber style. Although the "B" stands for bitter, this is nothing like an American IPA, and those used to bitter American beers will find this one quite mild. Medium-bodied, with a lightly sweet finish and refreshing yet formidable toasty, grainy body. Wonderfully sessionable.
